This page contains the terms & conditions. Please read these terms & conditions carefully before ordering any products from us. You should understand that by ordering any of our products, you agree to be bound by these terms & conditions.
By placing an order at DamoreSolution.com, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old (or have parents’ permission to buy from us) and accept these terms & conditions which shall apply to all orders placed or to be placed at Damore.Solution.com for the sale and supply of any advertised products for online purchase.
None of these terms & conditions affect your statutory rights.
No other terms or changes to the terms & conditions shall be binding unless agreed in writing signed by us or as indicated on dedicated pop-up agreements when browsing.
All personal information you provide us with or that we obtain will be handled by Damore.Solution Ltd. as responsible for the personal information. The personal information you provide will be used to ensure deliveries to you, aid credit assessment, to provide offers and information about services to you. The information you provide is only available to Damore.Solution Ltd. and will not be shared with other third parties. You have the right to inspect the information held about you. You always have the right to request Damore.Solution Ltd. to delete or correct the information held about you. By accepting the Damore.Solution.com Conditions, you agree to the above.
Events outside Damore.Solution Ltd’s control, which is not reasonably foreseeable, shall be considered force majeure, meaning that Damore.Solution.com is released from Damore.Solution.com‘s obligations to fulfil contractual agreements. Example of such events are government action or omission, new or amended legislation, conflict, embargo, fire or flood, sabotage, accident, war, natural disasters, strikes or lack of delivery from suppliers. The force majeure also includes government decisions that affect the market negatively and products, for example, restrictions, warnings, ban, etc.
All products remain Damore.Solution Ltd’s property until full payment is received. The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order. Shipping costs and payment fees are recognised before confirming the purchase. If you are under 18 years old you must have parents’ permission to buy from Damore.Solution Ltd.
All money payments conducted through Damore.Solution.com are handled and transacted through a third party dedicated gateway using Stripe to guarantee your protection. Card information is not stored with Damore.Solution Ltd. and all card information is handled over SSL encryption via Stripe.
Damore.Solution Ltd. takes payments and transfers funds in Pounds Stirling currency. (GBP) Outward payment charges are charged to the receiver. (except for credit-card refunds that incur no charges)
Please read the terms & conditions for the payment gateway (Stripe) as they are ultimately responsible for the transaction processing.
Payments made by credit card ensure the order dispatch is made at the next possible convenience. Bank transfer payments may slow dispatch down, since we do generally wait for funds to clear before delivering. To speed up the process you can email your bank transfer information as a verification and we can send you your order asap accordingly.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
In the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, for whatever reason, then a refund will be made when within 14 days of delivery/order completion, with the exclusion of products that require refrigeration, e.g. the Daily.Probiotic.
If you have just placed an order online and want to cancel the order, follow the instructions/requirements below or email us to: email@example.com.
Refunds to credit-cards incur no charges and are 100% refunds when still prior to dispatch!
– you kindly contact us to: firstname.lastname@example.org and state your wish and reason of returning and/or refund
– the items are to be returned with tracked postage at the clients expense and the details forwarded accordingly
– ensure the items are still in original state and packaging seals are neither tampered with or broken in any way and the item(s) is/are to be deemed “new”
If any of these points are not upheld, we cannot guarantee a refund.
We understand that you may have changed your mind about a purchase and therefore we can process a refund. The only stipulation is the “still new” and undamaged state of the product. We do deduct banking charges of 25.00GBP and a 10.00GBP processing fee on bank payment methods.
Credit card based payments can be fully refunded without charge.
The customer carries the return-postage cost.
To initiate a refund, please make us aware of your wishes and please wait for our response and confirmation. In all instances we ask to have a verification photograph with meta-data/time-print (in cases of damage) and otherwise use registered postage to ensure that the product(s) is/are in new condition (or same condition) and return safely to complete a refund claim.
Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customers own expense.
IMPORT AND LOCAL LEGISLATION (non- UK/EU countries)
Damore.Solution Ltd. takes no responsibility for issues relating to importation and local (customs) legislation at destination. Generally our products transit without issue and we provide sufficient certificates and have authorisations (e.g. Customs, Food and Drink Authority of Switzerland) that our products can clear customs freely. Irrespective to this, a customs instance may hold any shipment and specify a procedure to follow. Such issues are the responsibility of the client/receiving party.
VAT/TAX RECLAIM PAYMENTS
Be advised that we generally provide refunds or claims of taxes/vat via bank transfer and a 25.00GBP processing fee is deducted. Any VAT claim under the amount of 35.00GBP will not be processed.
Currently Damore.Solution Ltd. is not VAT registered due to being under the threshold of UK VAT registration.
Deliveries are every Tuesday. Order deadline is 18:00 GMT/19:00 CET, Monday.
Should stock not be fully available to complete an order, we reserve the right to either ship in part or wait to dispatch in full in a single delivery.
Please also review the main landing page of the website to check if a specific dispatch schedule is currently arranged, or if an irregular dispatch is scheduled.
ADVANCE PRODUCT ORDERING
Due to the sensitive nature of some products and sometimes overlapping production/manufacturing procedures that may make product available at specific times, we (Damore.Solution Ltd.) have an “Advance Order” system.
Damore.Solution Ltd. gives hereby notice that product orders will and can only be fulfilled within the schedule of any Advance Order Products within any order.
Simply make your order as you usually would, it will be added to the Advance Product Order automatically. You will be notified of an ETA. (expected time of arrival)
ADVANCE ORDER DEADLINE SCHEDULE
Pre- order schedules are indicated on the active countdown on the main home- page.
The expected ETA for any products that are categorised “Advance Order Product” is generally within 14 days of the countdown (order) deadline.
The first type of cookie commonly used is “Session Cookies”. During the time you visit the website, our web server assigns your browser a unique identifier string so as not to confuse you with other visitors. A “Session Cookie” is never stored permanently on your computer and disappears when you close your browser. To use Damore.Solution without troubles you need to have cookies enabled.

This is only used to offer visitors better services and support. The text files can be deleted. On Damore.Solution.com we use this type of cookie to keep track of your shopping cart and to keep statistics of our visitors. The information stored on your computer is only a unique number, without any connection to personal information.
Damore.Solution Ltd. reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase and product offerings without prior notice. At the event of a product being sold out, Damore.Solution Ltd. has the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid in the best way. Damore.Solution Ltd. shall also notify the customer of equivalent replacement products if available.

Our current All- Product shipping regions are UK, EU, MEXICO, PHILIPPINES, USA and CANADA.

All international (non UK/EU) shipments are provided with an export invoice and trade origin certificate.
OUTSIDE OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITY // VAT RECLAIM
Orders that are shipped outside of the EC and want to reclaim VAT do require an official export/import stamp of the corresponding customs authority and need to send the stamped invoice in original (no copies) via regular post-mail for us to review and reimburse your tax. We do not guarantee reimbursement and decide on the basis of each situation and documentation provided. Due to the laws of taxation, we cannot make any exceptions to this process and do decide in our own favour if documentation deems that choice prudent.

STOCKING DAMORE.SOLUTION PRODUCTS
Professional and registered individuals or companies can choose to stock Damore.Solution products.
MOQ starts at 60 units.
A trade- price list is available upon request.
Request information stating “STOCKING OPTIONS” and please provide information of your professional activity, business name, profession etc. to validate and support a trade enquiry. Furthermore: Check your local legal options to stock and trade Damore.Solution products, as not every jurisdiction is the same! Damore.Solution Ltd. is neither responsible or may be made liable in any way in regards to 3rd parties making informed and responsible decisions in regard to sales opportunities of their home regions, wherever that may be and should take adequate advice accordingly.
Professional individuals, companies, organisations or charities can apply to become a referral- affiliate. Affiliates are deemed “third- parties”. Any transaction “brokered” by an affiliate is rewarded and deemed a “referral”.
A commission of 5% is accrued on all generated sales net value attributed to the referral- affiliate account.
The internal system is final. Tally is taken monthly or quarterly.
Payments conclude within 10 days of the last day of the preceding month.
Payment can be made either via bank transfer or via PayPal; either incur a 5GBP transaction charge.
Alternatively to a cash payout, credit can be rewarded for shop purchases at a special rate with a standard 10% discount on all products.

Any bank transfer fees for outbound payments will be deducted; usually 25.oo GBP cover our international transfer fees.
At this time referral/affiliate registration is only available for UK/EU/EFTA residents.
Any misuse in any regard that may go against the ethical and socially acceptable management of promoting sales will have the account deletion as a consequence and Damore.Solution Ltd. distances itself expressively from such individuals and/or actions and takes no responsibility or liability for third parties.
Damore.Solution Ltd. takes due care and undergoes screening and interviews all applicants to ensure the utmost integrity of representation and communication.
Damore.Solution Ltd. reserves the right to suspend any account and take legal action wherever prudent and/or necessary.
