Our Return Policy in short
  • Contact Damore.Solution Ltd before returning any items via email or contact form.
  • You can return the product within 14 days of delivery.
  • The product must be in new condition with undamaged packaging.
  • To avoid any potential Customs charges please clearly mark the package ‘RETURNED GOODS’.
  • You can not switch or change to another product!
  • If a package is unclaimed you might have to pay a handling/return fee.
Return Policy
Please contact Damore.Solution Ltd. before returning any items.
It is appropriate that the consumer controls the delivery to verify that this is accurate and error free.
At any complaint, the customer contacts Damore.Solution Ltd. and gives information relevant and the reason for complaint.
Return Conditions
You can return the product within 14 days of delivery. The product must be in new condition. If the product is ruined or used or packaging is damaged in any way the product shall not be refunded. Make sure to include contact information with the return and if possible, please provide us with a tracking number. Damore.Solution Ltd. suggests you get a receipt and a package ID for the return from the delivery service, as it makes it easier to follow the return shipment if needed. Returns are at the expense of the client.
Returning A Package
If a returned item is shipped international, please clearly mark the package ‘RETURNED GOODS’, to avoid any Customs charges. Damore.Solution Ltd. is NOT responsible for any return Customs charges made. Any charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer. Damore.Solution Ltd. will decline any such charges.
Book Orders
Books delivered by postal service (not courier) that are not picked-up at destination and revert back to origin after 14 days have passed can be refunded, minus incurred postage charges. Signed books with name indication are not eligible for a refund. If returned to origin due to non- pickup a new dispatch can be arranged at additional charge.
Damore.Solution Ltd. will make a refund of eligible returns. We will need a bank account number and details to transfer the money back to. The easiest way is to e-mail it to us along with a brief description of your case and provide all available information.
Authorised refunds ae paid by bank transfer. Any bank charges that may be incurred are carried by the receiver and are generally deducted from the transfer value. The transfer fees can be up to 25.00 GBP, depending on the destination and currency. Any charges made to credit card transaction refunds will also be carried by the receiver.
Alternativley a Paypal payment can be requested at 5% charge.

You can not switch to another product.
Transport Damage
If the product is lost or you, upon receiving, notice that the item has been damaged during transport, you should immediately report this to the delivery company and to us. We ask for adequate evidence to ensure a damage claim e.g. a photo.
Unclaimed Packages
For packages/deliveries that are not claimed within 14 days, Damore.Solution Ltd. reserves the right to charge you a handling fee to cover return shipping and freight companies’ administrative costs.
Lost Dispatches
A dispatch is deemed lost after 22 work-days from original dispatch and if the receiver has acted responsibly to notifications issued by the delivery service, has checked with local services and sent written confirmations to Damore.Solution Ltd. that the package has not been claimable. In such case Damore.Solution Ltd. may consider re-sending an order or choosing to refund the charges.
Dispatch Schedule
Deliveries are generally initiated on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
Should stock not be fully available to complete an order, we reserve the right to either ship in part or wait to dispatch in full in a single delivery.
